The Manual Video Measuring System KJ-M3020H is designed for quick, reliable and easy measurements in quality-control applications. It features a stable 470 × 350 mm granite base and a 328 × 228 mm glass stage, with an X-Y-Z measuring travel of 300 × 200 × 200 mm and a resolution of 0.5 µm. Its specified accuracy is (3 + L/200) µm for the X and Y axes and (5 + L/50) µm for the Z axis, where L is the measured length in millimetres.
The system incorporates a 1/2-inch GIGE colour camera with 1.3 MP resolution, a 0.7X–4.5X zoom lens, a 90 mm working distance and monitor magnification ranging from 40X to 250X. White LED transmitted illumination provides clear observation, while Koseido KJ-M-VM software supports measurement and analysis.
