The Manual Video Measuring System KJ-M4030H is designed for quick, reliable measurements in quality control. Its granite base and column provide a stable foundation, while the durable granite worktable supports accurate operation. The system offers a 400 × 300 × 200 mm X–Y–Z stroke, with a 570 × 460 mm granite size and 428 × 328 mm stage glass.
A 1.3 MP GIGE colour camera, 0.7×–4.5× zoom lens and 40×–250× monitor magnification support clear observation. The 0.5 µm resolution and linear encoder help capture measurement data. It also supports sub-pixel measurement, curve measurement and virtual measurement using mapping. White LED transmitted illumination completes the system, which operates on 220 V AC, 50 Hz and supports a maximum load of 20 kg.
