The Semi-auto Video Measuring System KJ-3020 is designed for reliable, efficient measurement and quality control. Its granite base and column, durable worktable and two-layer table structure provide stability and help reduce mechanical error.
Its 1.3 MP GIGE colour camera, 0.7×–4.5× zoom lens and 40×–250× monitor magnification support clear observation. Motorised Z-axis movement works with the motorised zoom lens to reduce measurement time and operator effort.
KOSEIDO software connects measurement data with Excel and offers tolerance alerts, sub-pixel measurement, curve measurement and virtual measurement through mapping. It operates at 20–25°C, with 30%–60% humidity, and uses a single-phase 220 V ±10%, 50 Hz supply.
